A mother-daughter duo are protecting Broadview citizen's after the fire chief's daughter was sworn in as a police officer.
Broadview Fire Chief Tracy Kenny, the village's first woman fire chief, was all smiles as her daughter, Tricia Scalise, was sworn in.
"She's fulfilling her dreams, and I get to stand there and watch it happen," Kenny told CBS Chicago.
